Simple map display using modified syntax, built into a Dynamic Web Template, but this time only using one editable area for the main content - see the notes in the footer. The same approach will work with a DreamWeaver template. View the source to see the code for this.
This content appears after the map which is in the main editable region. By using the defer attribute for the <script> element it can be moved up into the main editable region, just after the map container <div>. This ensures that the page works for Internet Explorer as well as the other browsers which use a different script rendering/execution model.
